MnDOT to open Highway 13 west of I-35E

 

ST. PAUL, Minn. —The Minnesota Department of Transportation will open Highway 13, west of Interstate 35E, about 6 p.m. The road has been closed for more than a week due to a slope failure that was near the roadway. The closure has been from the east edge of Mendota to Lexington Avenue.
