Semi rollover blocks I-35W near Minnesota River
ST. PAUL, Minn. — A large truck rollover on Interstate 35W southbound near Blackdog Road is blocking traffic, according to Minnesota Department of Transportation officials. The rollover, which is just south of the Minnesota River Bridge, is blocking three lanes of the southbound roadway. Traffic is moving on the shoulder only.
The rollover occurred at approximately 2:40 p.m. Emergency vehicles on the scene also are blocking two lanes of traffic in the northbound lanes. MnDOT and the State Patrol are on the scene working to clear the site. MnDOT recommends that motorists use other routes until the site has been cleared, which could take several hours.
