- Liquidated Damages: Instead of using the Liquidated Damages in the Spec Book under 1807, a city or county can create their own table of values based on the original contract value. Here is a sample of how Mn/DOT calculated those values to compare to the ones in the spec book. Cities and Counties can use this as a sample to do their own study. Sample LD study for SALT.xlsx
