The Unfunded Needs spreadsheet shows projects identified through: the Highway 8 Scoping Document, URS, September, 2002; Highway 8 Corridor Study, Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc., May, 1995; and the Highway 8 Task Force.

These project recommendations were updated and prioritized by a Highway 8 Task Force Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and approved by the Highway 8 Task Force.
