Between Minnesota and Wisconsin on the St. Croix River
Stillwater Lift Bridge lift schedule
The 2018 lift schedule has been suspended until mid-November 2018.
Span six, which is located east of the lift bridge span, was floated out of its current location on Fri, July 20 to create an opening for boats to use while the lift bridge span is being repaired. Now that the span has been removed, ALL boats and other marine traffic must use the navigation channel created for the removal of the span, even if their passage would not have required the bridge to lift. The entire area beneath the remaining spans of the bridge are a work zone.
Lift schedule will resume in mid-November
Once the span is moved back in to place in mid-November, the lift bridge will revert to the schedule for lifts outside of the regular lifting season from Oct. 15 to May 15. During that time, the bridge will be raised upon 24-hour notice. Requests can be made by dialing 651-234-7110.
