- The project will require alternating lane closures in downtown Taylors Falls. Traffic will be guided through the work zone with pilot cars (PDF). Construction in downtown Taylors Falls is expected to be complete by late May 2013.
- Hwy 95 north of Taylors Falls to the Sunrise River will be closed with local access only
- Detour routes will be posted
