Traffic impacts
- The majority of the project will be constructed under traffic, but local detours for days at a time may occur in the city of North Branch
Benefits
- This project will replace pavement along a section of Hwy 95 and County Road 30 (Forest Boulevard) and improve traffic flow.
- On Hwy 95 the project will remove four inches of existing pavement and replace it with four inches of new asphalt
- Signal replacement at Hwy 95/County Road 30
- Build a separate left through lane and right turn lanes on Forest Boulevard
- Build left turn lane and a shared through/right turn lanes on Hwy 95
- Improve rainwater drainage
- On Forest Boulevard pavement will be replaced
- The project will provide for a smoother and safer roadway surface and increase capacity at Hwy 95/Forest Boulevard
