About this project
The frontage road is a priority for MnDOT and the City of Inver Grove Heights and is part of a multi-phase plan to improve safety on this section of Hwy 52. Construction began summer 2012. The frontage road will run parallel to the west side of Hwy 52 between Concord Boulevard/County Hwy 56 and the railroad tracks on the west side of Hwy 52. Traffic impacts
- Access to the U-haul and residents from Hwy 52 are to take the new frontage road from Courthouse Blvd

- A nearly continuous frontage road system south of Concord Blvd to 117th Street, with safe access to Hwy 52
