A 2012 Better Roads project to resurface and repair Hwy 13 between I-35W in Burnsville and West Annapolis Street in St. Paul. Crosswalks and other pedestrian features also will be improved to meet ADA requirements, drainage will be improved and other repairs will be made as necessary while lanes are closed for construction.

Traffic impacts
Hwy 13 is scheduled to close for up to 30 days between Wachtler Ave/County Road 8 and Sylvandale Road (north/east of I-35E) after Memorial Day (May 28). We’ll announce more detailed information as it becomes available. See map.
Intermittent shoulder closures will occur as needed throughout the project.
