Unweave the Weave
The "Unweave the Weave" project was completed in the fall of 2008. The project rebuilt the two interchanges of I-694 and I-35E and their common section in Vadnais Heights and Little Canada. The project area on I-35E extended Hwy 36 to County Road E. On I-694, the project area extended from Rice Street to Hwy 61.
This project upgraded the condition of the highway of this project is to upgrade the condition of the highway, improved its safety, reduced congestion and increased its capacity to meet the needs of the driving public.
