The 2013 construction season will bring continued work on the new bridges along with construction of the new westbound lanes of I-694 between Snelling Avenue and I-35W. Work also will begin on the new alignment of Hwy 10 and the ramp from Snelling/Hamline Avenue to westbound Hwy 10.

The 2013 construction season brings construction of a new grade-separated interchange at Hwy 10 and County Road 96. County Road 96 is closed at Hwy 10 until the fall of 2013 and Hwy 10 westbound is closed between I-694 and I-35W. Eastbound Hwy 10 is closed between Prior Avenue and I-694. During the Hwy 10 closure, a new unbounded concrete surface will be placed on the roadway.
