As part of the I-694 E to W project, a joint federal/state environmental review document has been prepared. This document defines the need for the project, the general decision-making process, and presents the social, economic, environmental, and transportation impacts associated with the proposed transportation improvement.

Negative Declaration (Dec. 17, 2009)

 

Mn/DOT issued a negative declaration on the need for an Environmental Impact Statement. A copy of the negative declaration transmittal letter,  Mn/DOT’s findings of fact and conclusions, and the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) finding of no significant impacts (FONSI) can be downloaded here.
