Construction Plans

Several of the sub-projects within the overall I-694/Hwy 10/Snelling and Hamline Avenue project were debundled in an effort to increase involvement by a more diverse workforce and Disadvantaged Businesses.  Debundling allows the separate, smaller contracts to be let and awarded separately from the main contract. The decision to debundle several of these portions of the project was made by a collaborative effort among MnDOT, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise owners and other citizens.
