About

Three corridor projects are underway on I-35E to improve the entrance to St. Paul from the north. For more information watch our I-35E project video.

Cayuga

Scheduled for 2013-2015, the Cayuga project will reconstruct I-35E from University Avenue to Maryland Avenue, including replacement of the Cayuga Bridge, the Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge and the railroad bridges along I-35E. Read more about the Cayuga project.

MnPASS

Scheduled for 2014-2015, the MnPASS project will reconstruct I-35E from Maryland Avenue to Little Canada Road, adding a MnPASS lane to the existing three lanes of traffic. Read more about the MnPASS project.

Maryland Avenue Bridge

Completed in September 2012, the Maryland Avenue Bridge spanning I-35E was replaced using an innovative construction method that reduced the length of the closure of Maryland Avenue to about 60 days. Read more about the Maryland Avenue Bridge project.
