ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Highway 5 between St. Paul and Fort Snelling will encounter a detour beginning Friday night, July 8, weather permitting.

Highway 5 between Highway 55 and Davern Street will close Friday, July 8 at 8 p.m. All Highway 5 ramps in the project area between Highway 55 and Davern Street will close at 7 p.m. Highway 5 will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, July 11.

Eastbound Highway 5 motorists will be detoured to eastbound Highway 55, eastbound Highway 110 and northbound Interstate 35E.

Westbound Highway 5 motorists will be detoured to southbound I-35E, westbound Highway 110 and westbound Highway 55.
