Ramp from Armstrong Boulevard to westbound Hwy 10 in Ramsey closes Monday, April 11
Two-week closure needed to finish ramp construction
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — The ramp from Armstrong Boulevard to westbound Highway 10 in Ramsey will close at 4:30 a.m. on Monday, April 11, weather permitting. The closure is needed as crews finish work on the ramp as part of the new Armstrong Boulevard interchange.
During the closure, motorists will detour south on Armstrong Boulevard and east on Riverdale Drive Northwest to reach westbound Highway 10.
The ramp is expected to reopen to traffic by Thursday evening, April 21.The entire Armstrong Boulevard project should be completed by the end of May, 2016.
