I-94 construction open house scheduled March 30
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Residents are encouraged to attend an open house Wednesday, March 30 to learn about the two-year resurfacing and improvement project scheduled to begin this spring on Interstate 94 between St Paul and the Maplewood/Woodbury area.
The open house will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Sunray Public Library in the 3M Community Room, 2105 Wilson Ave. in St. Paul.
In addition to resurfacing the eastbound and westbound lanes, the work includes adding or extending existing auxiliary lanes, constructing emergency pull-off sites, trail connections, upgrading signals and pedestrian access and constructing or repairing noise walls in certain locations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet project staff and learn all about construction staging and details. Project layouts will be on display. There will be no formal presentation.
