Daytime closure planned Saturday, Jan. 11 for northbound Hwy 52/Lafayette bridge in St. Paul
ROSEVILLE, Minn.— The existing northbound Hwy 52 Lafayette bridge will close from
9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 for concrete work on the new northbound bridge over the Mississippi River east of downtown St. Paul.
The northbound Hwy will close between Concord Street and 7th Street to allow construction crews to use the bridge as a platform to pour concrete for the new northbound bridge deck over the river span.
Motorists should follow the signed detour using Interstate 494 to Hwy 61 and I-94 in order to bypass the closure.
