Westbound I-694 weekend closures postponed this weekend in Arden Hills, New Brighton

ROSEVILLE, Minn.— The planned closure of westbound Interstate 694 between I-35W and Long Lake Road in Arden Hills and New Brighton Friday beginning Oct. 4, through Monday morning, Oct. 7, has been postponed due to inclement weather forecast throughout the weekend.

Weather permitting, the closure will be scheduled next weekend to finish concrete pavement repairs and seal the westbound I-694 bridge deck over I-35W.

Concrete pavement repair, drainage improvements and bridge deck replacement began in mid-June on I-694 between Highway 100 in Brooklyn Center and Interstate 35W in Arden Hills. Work is expected to be completed by mid-November.
