ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter off-peak lane closures on both directions of Highway 65 in East Bethel as crews record survey points that monitor roadway damage. Work hours will be restricted to off-peak daytime hours to prevent congestion.

At the same time, a lane will intermittently close on southbound Highway 65 between 205th Avenue and just south of Klondike Avenue.
