Lane closure rescheduled—Northbound I-35 lane closures begin Sept. 13


ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter possible delays on northbound Interstate 35 as the roadway between Lakeville and Burnsville is reduce to single lane.

Beginning Friday, Sept. 13 at10 a.m. northbound I-35 will be reduced to a single lane between County Road 50 and the I-35/35W/35E split. The lane closures are needed so crews can repair concrete pavement.

All lanes are scheduled to re-open by 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16.

Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, the right lane of southbound I-35W and the left lane of I-35E between County Road 42 and Crystal Lake Road will close.

All lanes will re-open by noon, Saturday, Sept. 7.

Motorists should also be aware that both directions of I-35 between County Road 2 and County Road 70 will remain a single lane until mid-November.

All work is weather permitting.
