ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will continue to encounter delays on both directions of Hwy 169 between Shakopee and Bloomington.

Beginning today, after the evening rush-hour, northbound and southbound traffic between Hwy 101 and Old Shakopee Road will be a single lane on each side of the roadway.

The following ramps to and from northbound Hwy 169 also will open:

  • Pioneer Trail
  • Old Shakopee Road
  • Hwy 101
  • County Road 21

On Aug. 21 after the barriers are removed and the striping is complete, all lanes of traffic on the highway will re-open.
In addition, at 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, the ramp from westbound 101 to northbound 169 will close as crews re-stripe the ramp.  The ramp is scheduled to re-open by 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26.
