Two-day closure planned for sewer work at intersection of Hoyt Avenue at northbound Snelling Avenue in St. Paul


Roseville, Minn.— Sanitary sewer repairs will require a two-day closure of Hoyt Avenue at northbound Snelling Avenue in St. Paul this week. During the sanitary sewer project, city of Falcon Heights maintenance crews will repair a manhole in the outside northbound lane of Snelling Avenue. Once their work is completed, MnDOT maintenance crews will resurface the road in the area.

Hoyt Avenue east of Snelling Avenue will be closed and detoured on Nebraska Avenue from 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 31 through 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1, weather permitting. At the same time, the right lane near Hoyt Avenue and the right turn lane from northbound Snelling Avenue to Hoyt Avenue will be closed. And left turns will not be allowed from southbound Snelling Avenue.
