Bridge at West 90th Street spanning I-35W to close June 3

Bridge will close for 10 days

Roseville, Minn. - Motorists traveling on West 90th Street in Bloomington will encounter a delay and a detour as crews close the bridge spanning Interstate 35W Monday, June 3.  In addition, motorists may encounter overnight I-35W lane closures near the bridge.

At 5 a.m. June 3, the 90th Street Bridge will close and motorists are advised to follow the posted detours. The bridge will re-open on June 12.

During the closure, westbound and eastbound motorists are will be detoured to Lyndale Avenue, 94th Street and Penn Avenue.

The closure is necessary for crews to repair the bridge deck. Later this summer, crews will replace and update pedestrian crossings and signals to meet modern ADA standards.
