Cayuga project continues

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – St. Paul area motorists may experience delays as the right lane of northbound I-35E is scheduled to close between I-94 and Maryland Avenue at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 23.

No ramp closures are scheduled during the lane closure. The lane will reopen by 5 a.m. Friday, May 24.

The lane closure is necessary as crews continue activities as part of the I-35E Cayuga improvement project, which aims to reconstruct I-35E between University Avenue and Maryland Avenue, including replacement of the Cayuga Bridge, the Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge and the railroad bridges along I-35E.
