Orange barrels on a highway

Hwy 36 lane closures to continue through mid-June

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays as nightly, intermittent lane closures continue to take place through mid-June on Hwy 36 in Lake Elmo.

Traffic may be reduced to one lane in both direction of Hwy 36 between I-694 and east of DeMontreville Trail N. at 7 p.m.

The lane will re-open by 6 a.m. daily.

The closures have been extended as crews complete shoulder work and begin reduced conflict (J-turn) construction.

The work is part of the larger Hwy 36/Hilton Trail Interchange Project in Lake Elmo, Pine springs and Grant. To learn more about the project, visit http://www.dot.state.mn.us/metro/projects/hwy36pinesprings/
