Hwy 95 construction project set to begin May 1 in Bayport

ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Bayport motorists may encounter delays on northbound Hwy 95 between 7th Avenue and the Union Pacific Railroad Bridge at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 1 as crews begin curb maintenance work on the roadway.

No closures or detours are expected. However motorists will experience some short-term traffic restriction including reduced speeds and narrow lanes in the construction zone.

The project will include replacing damaged and deteriorated curb and reconstructing drainage structures along the one-mile section of roadway.

The project is expected to be completed by mid-June.
