Northbound I-35E lane closure rescheduled for April 22
Cayuga project continues

ROSEVILLE, Minn. — The scheduled closure of the left lane of northbound I-35E between Phalen Boulevard and Maryland Avenue at 9 a.m. today has been rescheduled for Monday, April 22 at 9 a.m.

The work has been rescheduled due to weather.

The lane will re-open by 11 a.m. on that date.

The closure is necessary as crews conduct utility work above the freeway.

This work is part of the larger I-35 Cayuga improvement project, which aims to reconstruct I-35E between University Avenue and Maryland Avenue, including replacement of the Cayuga Bridge, the Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge and the railroad and the railroad bridges along I-35E.
