Weather once again delays long-term closure of Hwy 10/Ramsey County Road 96 intersection in Arden Hills

Closures rescheduled for next week, weather permitting

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Winter weather has once again delayed plans to close the intersection of Highway 10 and Ramsey County Road 96 in Arden Hills. If weather cooperates next week, crews will close the roadways sometime in the middle of next week to begin major reconstruction at Highway 10 and Ramsey County Road 96.

The closures are also needed for resurfacing of the Hwy 10 Diagonal between I-694 and I-35W.

Information will be sent out once a definite date has been determined.

Although the postponements have delayed the start of work, they should not cause any problems with completing the project by this fall. When finished, the new interchange will carry Highway 10 above County Road 96. The new partial interchange will improve traffic flow and safety for motorists and the new Hwy 10 pavement will provide a smooth, long-lasting surface.
