Open house for Hwy 101/61 project scheduled for April 18


ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Area residents and business owners are invited to attend an open house to learn about Southwest Reconnection Project at Highways 101 and 61 and the Hennepin County project at County Road 61 (Flying Cloud Drive) from Highway 101 to Charlson Road.


The open house will be held Thursday, April 18 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Shakopee Police Training Center, 475 Gorman Street in Shakopee.


Open house attendees will be able to learn the details of the project, view project layouts and ask questions of MnDOT and other project partners. Information also will be available about the cultural resources investigation, which is being conducted in compliance with the federal Section 106 process.
