Interstate 94 Lowry Tunnel to close overnight Oct. 1, 2 for cleaning
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays and full closures of Interstate 94 in Minneapolis as the Lowry Tunnel is closed overnight in both directions for washing on Oct. 1 and Oct. 2.
The closures will take place between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Motorists will be detoured around the closure via the prohibited vehicle route.
