Daily eastbound I-94 shoulder closures scheduled for Sept. 4-7
Crews continue inspecting storm drains
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists may encounter delays as the right shoulder of eastbound I-94 between Dowling Avenue North and I-394 in Minneapolis closes daily Sept. 4-7.
The shoulder will be closed from 5 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day. The shoulder closures are necessary as crews inspect storm drains, pipes, culverts and substructures along and beneath the freeway.
