Highway 120 culvert project begins Sept. 4 in Oakdale
Expect lane, shoulder closures
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists will experience delays on Highway 120 (Century Avenue) in Oakdale beginning Tuesday, Sept. 4, as crews complete culvert work.
Southbound traffic will switch to the northbound lane and shoulder between 27th Street N. and Ryan Drive. Both directions of Highway 120 will be reduced to a single lane, and a flagger will be present when necessary to direct traffic. The roadway is expected to reopen by Friday, Sept. 7.
In addition, Highway 120 will be closed between Ivy Avenue and 24th St. N. on Saturday, Sept. 8, as crews continue culvert work.
Traffic will be directed by flaggers as crews pave both section of the roadway.
During that closure motorists will be detoured along Stillwater Rd. (Co. Rd. 6), Granada Ave. N. and Highway 5 (34th St. N).
Highway 120 between Ivy Avenue and 24th St. N. will reopen by 8 p.m. that day.
