I-694 traffic changes to occur in Oakdale, Maplewood
Expect ramp closures
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will continue to experience delays on I-694 between Hwy 61 and 40th Street North in Oakdale, Mahtomedi, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake and Maplewood as ramp closures take place.
Eastbound I-694 ramps to and from White Bear Ave will close along with the I-694 eastbound/southbound ramps to and from Hwy 36 as crews remove pavement.
Single lane traffic will remain on eastbound/southbound I-694 between Hwy 61 and just east of Hwy 120. Just east of Hwy 120 eastbound/southbound traffic will be switched to the newly constructed roadway. Traffic will be on the westbound/northbound side of the roadway between just east of Hwy 120 and Hwy 36.
Traffic will remain a single lane in each direction through early November as crews resurface the roadway to provide a smoother and safer ride for motorists.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and follow posted detours for ramp closures.
