Hwy 13 lane closure to start July 24-27
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists may encounter delays on both directions of Highway 13 between Old Sibley Memorial Highway and 2nd Street in Mendota as a resurfacing project begins July 24.
Daytime lane closures controlled by a flagging operation will occur in both directions July 24 to July 27 between 7a.m. and 7p.m.
Access to area businesses will be maintained for the duration of the project.
The work is part of the 12-mile long Highway 13 Better Roads project. When complete, the project will result in a smoother ride, improved drainage and upgraded pedestrian crossings and signals that meet modern accessibility standards.
