I-94 Lowry Tunnel to close overnight July 23, 24 for cleaning
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists will experience delays and full closures of I-94 in Minneapolis as the Lowry Tunnel is closed overnight in both directions for washing on July 23 and July 24.
The closures will take place between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Motorists will be detoured around the closure via the prohibited vehicle route.
