Night-time lane closures scheduled for Interstates 94 and 35E
Central Corridor Light Rail Project continues
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists in St. Paul may experience night-time delays later this week at the Capitol Interchange.
Beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 11 the left lane of eastbound I-94 and the right lane of northbound I-35E will be closed between the Wabasha Street Bridge and the Cedar Street Bridge spanning both roadways. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Thursday, April 12.
Beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 12 the left lane of northbound I-35E as well as the left lane of eastbound I-94 will close. The lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Friday, April 13.
These lane closures are necessary as crews apply fiber optic cable beneath the Wabasha Street Bridge as part of construction on the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (CCLRT) project.
