Construction open house scheduled for Feb. 16
Hwy 12 resurfacing in Maple Plain is the topic
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Anyone interested in learning more about the Hwy 12 resurfacing project in Maple Plain is invited to an open house on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012.
The open house will be held from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Orono Discovery Center Library, 5050 Independence Street, Maple Plain, MN. Project layouts and schedule information will be displayed. Project staff will be on hand to answer questions and take feedback.
The proposed project will resurface Hwy 12 between just west of County Road 83/Halgren Road and Boundary Avenue, reconstruct the intersection at Oak Street, provide accessibility upgrades for pedestrians and add left turn lanes west of County Road 83.
The project is scheduled to begin in summer 2012 and be completed by fall 2012.
