Hiawatha Avenue (Hwy 55) to reopen by Monday, Feb. 27
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Hwy 55/Hiawatha Avenue between East 26 Street and Lake Street in Minneapolis will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27.
The segment of the avenue had been closed since Feb. 20 due to a pair of compromised cables on the Martin Olav Sabo pedestrian bridge that spans the roadway.
