Open house also scheduled
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Those interested in reviewing and commenting on the Environmental Assessment (E.A.) for the Highway 100 Reconstruction Project in the City of St. Louis Park may do so from Monday, Dec. 24, 2012 through Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013.
The E.A. identifies environmental resources and existing conditions in the Highway 100 corridor from West 36th Street to Cedar Lake Road. The E.A. provides information for consideration with future project environmental reviews and potential environmental effects of the project.
The Highway 100 project involves the reconstruction of its interchanges at Highway 7 and at Minnetonka Boulevard, replacement of four bridges, the addition of auxiliary lanes and pavement rehabilitation.
In addition, the public is invited to an open house on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013 to meet the MnDOT Project Manager and to comment on the E.A. in person. Written and oral comments will be accepted during the open house as part of the public record. The open house will occur from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the St. Louis Park City Hall Council Chambers (5005 Minnetonka Blvd., St. Louis Park, MN 55416).
