Hwy 52 Lafayette Bridge overnight closures scheduled for Nov. 12-16
Lafayette Bridge project continues
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists traveling the northbound Hwy 52 Lafayette Bridge will encounter overnight detours as the bridge closes between Concord Street and East 7th Street daily at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12 through Thursday, Nov. 15.
The northbound bridge will reopen by 5 a.m. daily Tuesday, Nov. 13 through Friday, Nov. 16.
In addition, southbound Hwy 52 will close at the intersection of Hwy 52 and East 7th Street daily at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12 through Thursday, Nov. 15.
All southbound lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. daily Tuesday, Nov. 13 through Friday, Nov. 16.
Access to southbound Hwy 52 from westbound I-94, southbound I-35E and eastbound I-94 will remain available.
The closures are needed as crews remove permanent barrier and replace it with temporary barrier in order to build a bypass.
Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour signs.
