Week-long Hwy 5 ramp closure starts Oct. 22
ROSEVILLE, Minn. –St. Paul motorists may encounter delays and a detour as the ramp from South Mississippi River Boulevard/Shepard Road to westbound Hwy 5 closes Monday, Oct. 22.
The ramp will close at 9 a.m. Oct. 22 and reopen by noon Monday, Oct. 29. Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour during the ramp closure.
The closure is needed as crews complete manhole repairs.
