Jan. 24 meeting will outline plans for Snelling Avenue resurfacing, improvements in St. Paul
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Information about resurfacing, crosswalks and accessibility improvements on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul will be highlighted at an open house from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 at Macalester College’s Old Main Building, 100 Macalester Street, St. Paul.*
MnDOT invites the public to learn about the project to resurface Snelling Avenue between Highway 5 (7th Street) and Dayton Avenue, reinstall crosswalks and make accessibility improvements. Work is currently scheduled to begin in May 2012 and be completed by mid-summer. During the project, Snelling Avenue motorists will encounter occasional delays during lane closures and shoulder closures.
