Long-term I-35W ramp closure scheduled
Northbound to Johnson Street closing through mid-February
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience minor delays on northbound Interstate 35W in Minneapolis as the ramp to Johnson St. closes Dec. 5.
The ramp closure is needed as crews rehabilitate a storm tunnel beneath Broadway Avenue, adjacent to the Johnson Street ramp.
Motorists may still reach Johnson Street via the Stinson Boulevard/New Brighton Boulevard exit, just south of the Johnson Street exit.
The entire project is expected to be completed, and the ramp reopened, by Feb. 17, 2012.
