Ramps and loops at I-35W/Hwy 13 to close Oct. 8-9

MnPASS Extension project continues

 

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Motorists may experience delays and detours at Interstate 35W and Hwy 13 in Burnsville as crews continue to construct a new MnPASS Express Lane and resurface ramps and loops.

 

Short-term overnight intermittent closures will occur on the following ramps and loops, and at no point will a closed ramp or loop and its detour ramp/loop be closed simultaneously.

 

Saturday, Oct. 8

• The ramp from northbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 13 will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow westbound Hwy 13 to southbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 13.
• The loop from eastbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow southbound I-35W to Burnsville Parkway to northbound I-35W
• The ramp from westbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow southbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W.
• The loop from northbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13 will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow Cliff Road to southbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13.
• The ramp from southbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13 will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow eastbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13.
• The loop from westbound Hwy 13 to southbound I-35W will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow Cliff Road to southbound I-35W.
• The ramp from eastbound Hwy 13 to southbound I-35W will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow northbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13 to southbound I-35W.
• The loop from southbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 13 will close at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 and reopen at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Motorists should follow Burnsville Parkway to northbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 13.
