I-94 lane closures scheduled for Oct. 4-5
Two ramps also to close as reconstruction continues
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter delays on eastbound I-94 between Cedar Avenue and Hwy 280 at 11 p.m. Tuesday, October 4 as the roadway is reduced to a single lane.
These lane closures are necessary as crews shift traffic to the left lane in order to prepare the other eastbound travel lanes and shoulders for further rehabilitation.
In addition, the ramp from eastbound I-94 to northbound Hwy 280 will be closed.
All lanes of eastbound I-94 will reopen by 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, and the ramp will reopen by 2 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5.
The ramp from Cedar Ave. to eastbound I-94 also will close at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5 and reopen by 4 a.m. Oct. 5 as crews continue noisewall construction at that location.
