Lane closures delayed one day until Oct. 20 on Hwy 5 in St. Paul for bridge railing repairs
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The right lane of westbound Hwy 5 will be closed and traffic will be restricted to a single lane between Hwy 55 in Mendota Heights and Shepard Road in St. Paul beginning at 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20 as crews repair bridge railing along the roadway.
At the same time, the loop from Shepard Road to westbound Hwy 5 will close and traffic detoured on Davern Street to reach the westbound freeway. The turn lanes on Shepard Road also will close.
Weather permitting, the repair work will be completed by mid-November.
