I-35W lane closures scheduled through Friday
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays midweek through Friday morning on southbound I-35W in Minneapolis as crews continue with Central Corridor Light Rail construction.
At 10 p.m. Oct. 12 the right lane of the ramp from Washington Ave. to southbound I-35W will be closed and reopen at 2 a.m. Oct. 13. At 2 a.m. Oct. 13 the left lane of that ramp will close and reopen at 6 a.m. Oct. 13.
In addition, the right two lanes of southbound I-35W between Washington Ave and I-94 will close at 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13. Both lanes will reopen by 5 a.m. Friday, Oct.14.
The lane closures on the ramp are needed as crews work on the bridge deck above it.
