Southbound I-35W closing Oct. 14-17
MnPASS Extension project continues
Roseville, Minn. — Motorists may experience delays and congestion when southbound Interstate I-35W between Hwy 13 and the I-35/I-35W/I-35E split in Burnsville will close at 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14 as crews continue to construct the new MnPASS Express Lane.
Weather permitting, on southbound I-35W will reopen to traffic by 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17.
In order to bypass the closure, motorists are advised to follow the posted detour: Eastbound Hwy 13 to southbound Hwy 77 to southbound I-35E to southbound I-35.
