Hwy 52 lane and ramp closures begin Oct. 3
ROSEVILLE, Minn – Motorists traveling Hwy 52 in Inver Grove Heights will experience delays and detours beginning Monday, Oct. 3 as crews begin resurfacing and roadway repairs between I-494 and Hwy 55.
Beginning at 12 a.m. Monday, Oct 3, northbound Hwy 52 will be reduced to a single lane between Hwy 55 and I-494 for six days. After work on the northbound lanes is complete, southbound Hwy 52 will be reduced to a single lane for six days.
Overnight ramp and loop closures will also occur through most of the project. Details on the ramp and loop closures will be issued as information becomes available.
When complete, the project will result in a smoother ride, extended pavement life, improved drainage and pedestrian crossings that meet modern accessibility standards.
